Q. Is there a minimum order that we must place with you ? |
A. There is NO minimum order as such. You can start with any quantity you want with the online retail prices. |
Q. Are there any discounts that you offer if I purchase in large quantities (Wholesale orders) ? |
A. Yes, you will receive a discount 'at the time of check out' in the following cases :
a) 20% discount - If the total value of your shopping cart is US$ 500 or more.
Or,
b) 20% discount - on each item that has minimum quantity of 10 pcs in your cart.
(even if the total cart value is less than $ 500 ).
Or,
c) 30% discount if the total value your cart exceeds US$ 2000.
Please note: There is no further discount calculated on the products selected from the "40% Discount Offer" category in your cart.

Q. How can I place wholesale orders with these retail prices on your website ?

A. You can continue shopping with the retail prices. When you are ready to 'check out' the discount amount and the nett payable amount will be Clearly Displayed in your shopping cart before you proceed to make the payment.

Q. How can I specify the Ring Sizes for an order that I just placed online ? |
A. Most of the rings are listed according to the available sizes in our stock as an
individual product by itself. However, for the rings that are not listed by size codes, you are requested to sepcifiy the required sizes between 5 to 9 by email seperately. our email id is sales@thasilverjewelry.net We refer and apply the following international standard ring sizes.

Q. I like some of the items but there aren't enough pcs in your stock.
Can I place an order for those items ? |

A. Yes it is possible for you to buy those items on made to order basis. The minimum order quantity should be 10 Pcs per design per color. assorted sizes are acceptable. The production lead time will be within 3 weeks. You can email us your exact order details and we shall get back to you with a Pro Forma Invoice stating the order details, delivery date and payment instructions. Please note we have another category "Jewelry on order only" in our menu,
there are several more designs that you may like and want to include in your email order. |

Q. What is the time take to process the order ? |
A. Depending on the quantities ordered, we will let you know the precise date of shipment in the pro-forma invoice. We usually have most the designs in our stock ; hence we usualy ship within the next working day and infor you the tracking number. However, for items that need to be made on order basis will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks max after the date of payment is received.

Q. What are the shipping costs and options ? |
A. We ship orders worldwide by FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS etc. For orders below 500 grams in weight or value not exceeding 200 US dollars, we recommend using the Thailand post Priority Registered Airmail service. The flast rate of US$ 12 is applied for all orders in this case. Tracking number will be provided and it takes about two weeks for the packet to reach you. However, if you need your order
much earlier than that or if the value exceeds US$ 200, we recommend using FedEx. A flat rate of US$ 30 is applied to all packs below 500 Grams. Other than that, if the weight is higher than 500 grams, The actual rates will be applied accordingly. We can also accept your own shipping company if you wish to import on freight collect basis.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order once it is shipped ? |
A. Once we forward you the airway bill number you can start tracking your packet online on the relevant website. Via FedEx, DHL, etc it usually takes 3-5 days max. By Registered Airmail anywhere between 6 - 14 days. The delivery time mentioned above is subjected to customs delays at the destination port if your packet awaits clearance. Q. What are the payment options ? |
A. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Bank wire transfer, Western Union or Moneygram. However, our prefered mode of payment is by Paypal for orders within US$ 2000 and Bank transfer for amounts larger than that.

A. No, our jewelry is made out of 92.50% pure Silver mixed with copper to achieve the desired 925 sterling silver as known widely.

A. Yes all our 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry is free of Nickel or any other alloys. Each piece is correctly stamped with a "925 Silver" mark.

Q. Do you also deal in other metals besides Silver ? |
A. At present we deal only in 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry.
